Rosen Method Bodywork is a unique form of hands-on work that deepens your awareness of yourself. Signature elements of the work are a listening form of touch, dialogue, and nonjudging presence. A Rosen Method practitioner invites a deeper understanding of how muscle tension may block the expression of your essential self. Join us for an experiential discovery of this exceptional modality.

Consider this workshop for personal development, continued education, or an introduction to the Rosen Method training program. It is a wonderful opportunity for anyone wanting to know more about the human body and emotional wellness — bodyworkers, therapists, coaches, social workers, teachers, artists. You will gain insight that will deepen your own work, practice, and habits of self-care. CEUs are available.

Co-taught by Sarah Dandridge, certified Rosen practitioner and Senior Bodywork teacher. She is on the faculty of Rosen Method Institute Canada. Sarah is also a practitioner of Somatic Experiencing, the work of Peter Levine that helps people resolve trauma in the body.

Co-taught by Louisa Castner, a certified Rosen Bodywork practitioner in Minneapolis. She studied with founder Marion Rosen and others at Rosen Method: The Berkeley Center (California). She is the interim administrator of the Rosen Method in the Heartland center (a satellite location of Rosen Method Institute Canada).
